By purchasing, pre-booking, joining a waiting list, accessing a product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase, pre-booking, or sign-up.

2. Products and availability

Lub Circle offers digital stories, guided experiences, transformation programs, and related materials. Some products may be available immediately, some may be offered for pre-booking, and some may be available only through a waiting list.

Product descriptions, release dates, included materials, bonuses, and availability may be updated when needed. We aim to present every offer clearly and professionally before payment is requested.

3. Purchases and access

Digital products are normally delivered through the checkout platform, download page, email, or access link stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and keeping your access details safe.

If a payment platform, email provider, or third-party service is used to process the purchase, that provider may also apply its own terms.

4. Pre-bookings

When a product is offered for pre-booking, you are reserving access to a product that is not yet released. The expected release timing, price, and delivery method will be shared as clearly as possible on the offer page or checkout page.

If a pre-booked product cannot be delivered, Lub Circle will provide an appropriate update and, where payment has already been taken, a fair resolution.

5. Waiting lists

Joining a waiting list does not create a purchase or guarantee a place in a future program. It allows Lub Circle to notify you about relevant updates, enrollment openings, and related information.

You may unsubscribe from waiting-list or marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those emails.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because many Lub Circle products are digital and may be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once access, download, or delivery has been provided. Any refund terms shown on the product page or checkout page will apply to that purchase.

Refunds may be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, a technical delivery issue that cannot be reasonably resolved, or another clear error. Requests should be made through the official support route provided at purchase.

7. Personal responsibility

Lub Circle products are designed for reflection, inner alignment, education, and personal transformation. They do not replace medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You may use purchased materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, upload, distribute, teach from, modify, or publicly share Lub Circle materials without written permission.

Lub Circle may update this website, products, pricing, availability, terms, or delivery methods from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
