LubCircle websites, forms, and reader experiences.
1. Information you provide
LubCircle may collect details you enter into a form, such as your name, email address, country, country code, phone number, age bracket, optional city or region, prebooking note, consent choices, and support messages.
The Cindy reader may also collect reading progress, survey answers, reflections, tracker entries, ratings, and testimonial permission. The Cindy Terms and Conditions include the privacy details for that experience.
2. Information collected through use
Depending on the page and your privacy choice, LubCircle may receive timestamps, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate country or region derived from an IP address, browser language, device/browser type, and interaction information.
Precise GPS location, microphone, camera, photographs, voice recordings, and video are not collected by default. Any future feature that needs them will ask separately at the point of collection.
3. Browser storage and analytics
With analytics permission, LubCircle also records a random browser identifier, campaign source labels, visits, chapter openings, payment-card views and checkout clicks. When you are signed in, these records can be linked to your reader account and compared with confirmed purchase records to understand the sales journey. We do not put reflections, survey answers, highlights, email addresses or other writing into these journey events, and do not send them to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
First-party journey records and their browser identifier are retained for up to 90 days. Changing your choice to Essential Only stops new journey collection and removes this identifier from your browser. Account deletion removes journey records linked to that account. Purchase records are handled separately from optional analytics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded inside the private Cindy app.

Google Analytics helps us understand visits and how people navigate the site. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions. When you allow analytics, these providers receive usage information to provide their analytics services. Read Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement for their data practices.
Essential browser storage remembers necessary choices and may preserve a reader's local progress. Optional analytics starts only after you choose Help Improve LubCircle; the private Cindy app uses only the first-party journey events described above.
You may choose Essential Only without losing access to public pages. To review or change your preference later, use the control under Your choices and rights below. LubCircle also honors a browser's Global Privacy Control by defaulting analytics to off when no earlier choice exists.
4. How information is used
If you choose to submit feedback when leaving Cindy, we save your selected reason and any comment with your account so authorised administrators can understand barriers and improve the experience. This is voluntary feedback, separate from optional analytics, and is not sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Your latest response replaces your previous response and is removed when your account is deleted.
Information may be used to provide and secure access, save progress, respond to requests, deliver purchases or prebooking updates, measure reader impact, improve products and pages, prevent misuse, maintain consent records, comply with law, and send marketing only where an appropriate choice or permission exists.
For the Cindy reader, authorised LubCircle administrators may view a member's identified reading progress, survey answers, reflections, and tracker entries to operate the reader, notice a change that may warrant a supportive check-in, and provide individual support. These records are not made public or treated as testimonial permission.
5. Service providers and disclosures
LubCircle may use service providers for website hosting, secure access, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, payment and digital delivery, analytics, and customer support. Current public pages may connect to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, MailerLite, and Gumroad when the related feature is used.
Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. LubCircle may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Sale, sharing, and advertising
LubCircle does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, this notice and the available privacy controls will be updated before the new use begins.
7. Retention and security
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, consent records, dispute handling, and security. Records may then be deleted or de-identified.
LubCircle uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system can promise absolute security, so personal links to sign in and active reader sessions must not be shared.
8. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email, follow WhatsApp opt-out instructions, disable browser notifications, or change website analytics preferences at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or limits on certain uses of your personal information.

9. Adults only and international use
The Cindy reader is intended for adults aged 18 or older. LubCircle does not knowingly collect reader-app data from children. If information is processed outside your country, LubCircle uses reasonable contractual and technical protections appropriate to the service involved.
10. Changes and contact
This notice may be updated as the website, reader services, or providers change. The current date will appear at the top of this page. Questions and requests may be sent to support@lubcircle.com.
