Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and personal use

You must be 18 or older to use the Cindy reader. Access is personal to you. You may not share a link to sign in or an active session, copy, scrape, download, print, resell, upload, distribute, teach from, modify, or publicly post the Cindy experience or app content without written permission.

2. Intellectual property and reader controls

Cindy and the Four Women Within, LubCircle, Four Human Intelligences, text, images, designs, surveys, prompts, and related materials are owned or controlled by LubCircle unless stated otherwise. Reader access is a limited licence for personal use only and does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute the material.

3. Coupon reader access

A valid coupon may provide access without payment for the period shown when it is redeemed. Coupon readers complete five private feedback cards after Chapters 5, 8, 14, 17, and 24 to open the next section. Each asks for a star rating, how Cindy's value is changing, and a written answer. Critical feedback is welcome and does not reduce access. The before-and-after Cindy Change Signal is an optional personal tool that may be started through Chapter 6. Coupon access includes an exchange: providing a final star rating and written feedback, and allowing LubCircle to analyze reading progress, any survey answers the reader chooses to provide, and typed reflections. Authorised LubCircle administrators may review these records with the reader's identity to operate the app, notice changes that may warrant a supportive check-in, and provide individual reader support. LubCircle may also use aggregated or de-identified information to improve Cindy. At the end, readers choose whether their final written feedback remains private or may be used publicly as described in Section 7. Coupon access does not require reminder, WhatsApp, web-notification, voice, photo, or video consent.

4. Paid reader access

Paid readers receive personal reading access under the paid terms shown at checkout or at the time of purchase. Paid access does not require early-reader testimonial participation. The before-and-after reflection checks are optional for paid readers and are offered only as a personal reflective feature. Essential access, security, support, and product analytics may still be processed as described in this notice and at checkout. Refunds, cancellation rights, access period, and delivery rules will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Surveys and reflections

Cindy surveys and reflections are exploratory and nonclinical. They are not medical, psychological, nutritional, diagnostic, or therapeutic assessments. They are used to understand self-reported movement in self-trust, response to setbacks, and readiness for care. Authorised LubCircle administrators can view identified answers, chapter reflections, and tracker entries for app operation and individual support. These private records are not visible to other readers and are not permission to publish the reader's words. Do not submit information you do not want LubCircle to process under these terms.

6. Communications consent

Reminder and update consent is optional and is not required to read Cindy or buy access. If you opt in, LubCircle may send reading reminders, reflections, product updates, and occasional offers by email, WhatsApp, or web notifications where available. Browser permission is requested separately before web notifications are enabled. You may opt out using the unsubscribe link, WhatsApp opt-out instruction, browser notification settings, or the support route provided in the message.

7. Testimonials, voice, photo, and video

LubCircle will not treat general access to Cindy, a survey answer, or a reflection as permission to publish those materials or your likeness, voice, photo, or video.

After providing a rating and written review, coupon and paid readers choose one of two options. A private choice permits LubCircle to use the feedback for internal learning and aggregated or de-identified insight, but not as a public testimonial. A public choice gives LubCircle nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to quote the written review, in full or in a meaning-preserving excerpt, in the Cindy app, LubCircle websites, emails, social media, and other marketing. LubCircle may identify it with the reader's first name and country or with a general reader label, and may choose not to publish it. You keep ownership of your words, and this permission does not restrict your right to share an honest positive or negative review.

Voice, photo, and video use always requires a separate media release explaining what may be used, where it may appear, how you will be identified, and whether any compensation or incentive applies. You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting LubCircle; withdrawal does not require LubCircle to recall material already lawfully published or distributed.

8. Data collected

Depending on the features used, LubCircle may collect:

• Profile details such as first name, email, country, country code, phone number, age bracket, and optional city or region.
• Access path, consent choices, survey answers, typed reflections, reading progress, prebooking interest, timestamps, browser language, device/browser details, and approximate location such as country or region derived from IP where server analytics are used.
• Support messages or voluntary testimonial materials if you choose to provide them later.

Precise GPS location, microphone, camera, photographs, and video are not collected by default. Any future feature that needs them will ask separately at the point of collection.

9. How data is used

Data may be used to provide access, save progress, support readers, prevent misuse, improve the app, measure impact, understand country-level reach, manage prebooking interest, comply with law, and send messages only where proper consent exists. LubCircle does not sell personal information for money. Hosting, authentication, analytics, email, and messaging providers may process limited data on LubCircle's behalf under their service terms and privacy commitments.

10. Retention and security

LubCircle keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Reader records may be deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed. LubCircle uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

11. Access suspension and termination

LubCircle may suspend or terminate access for fraud, account sharing, payment disputes, scraping, automated extraction, copyright violation, harassment, abuse of the service, unlawful use, security risk, or violation of these terms. Termination does not grant permission to keep or distribute copied materials.

12. Health and results disclaimer

LubCircle offers story-led emotional and behavioral support for reflection, self-trust, and guided implementation. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. Individual experiences and results vary. LubCircle does not guarantee weight loss, medical outcomes, emotional outcomes, or specific transformation results.

13. Cancellation, refunds, and renewals

Any paid subscription, renewal, trial, or negative-option offer will clearly display its current price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund terms, and access duration before payment. Unless the checkout states otherwise, Cindy paid access continues while the membership remains active. A reader may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase. Approved refunds revoke paid access and are processed through the checkout provider, subject to applicable law. Cancelling a membership stops future renewals and access continues only through the paid period.

14. Privacy rights and contact

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact support@lubcircle.com. LubCircle may verify your identity before acting and keeps reasonable records of consent and opt-outs. You may unsubscribe from marketing email, follow WhatsApp opt-out instructions, disable browser notifications, or change website analytics preferences at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request portability or limits on certain uses of your personal information.

15. Browser storage and analytics

Depending on the page and your privacy choice, LubCircle may receive timestamps, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate country or region derived from an IP address, browser language, device/browser type, and interaction information.

Essential browser storage remembers necessary choices and may preserve a reader's local progress. With your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are loaded on public pages to help LubCircle understand visits and improve page usability. They are not loaded before you choose Help Improve LubCircle, and they are not loaded inside the private Cindy app.

You may choose Essential Only without losing access. To review or change your preference later, use the control under Your choices and rights in the Privacy Notice. LubCircle also honors a browser's Global Privacy Control by defaulting analytics to off when no earlier choice exists.

16. Service providers and disclosures

LubCircle may use service providers for website hosting, secure access, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging, payment and digital delivery, analytics, and customer support. Current public pages may connect to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, MailerLite, and Gumroad when the related feature is used.

Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. LubCircle may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

LubCircle does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, this notice and the available privacy controls will be updated before the new use begins.

17. International use and updates

The Cindy reader is intended for adults aged 18 or older. LubCircle does not knowingly collect reader-app data from children. If information is processed outside your country, LubCircle uses reasonable contractual and technical protections appropriate to the service involved.
