Mind
Sees patterns, creates structure, and learns to plan without becoming harsh or absolute.
Lub Circle™
Just be it™
An app-based transformation program for women
Every part of you has a voice. Let’s hear it this time.
You may already know what to eat, how to move, and what a healthy life should look like. This is the place where what you know begins to become something you can live.
The real starting point
The difficult part is rarely knowing that water, movement, nourishing food, and consistency matter. It is what happens when stress speaks louder, tiredness changes the plan, comfort becomes urgent, or one imperfect day turns into giving up.
Training Mind, Getting Fit works with the parts of you involved in those moments. Instead of treating resistance as a character flaw, the program helps you understand what each inner voice is trying to protect and how to bring those voices back into one workable direction.
Imagine a quieter kind of progress
Thinking about food without immediately entering a fight with yourself.
Returning after a difficult day without turning one choice into a verdict.
Recognizing when a craving is asking for comfort, rest, reassurance, or relief.
Moving your body as an act of partnership rather than punishment.
Building small forms of care that are realistic enough to repeat.
Making decisions that sound like you, not another temporary rulebook.
The LubCircle method
Lasting follow-through becomes more possible when the whole of you is included in the plan.
Sees patterns, creates structure, and learns to plan without becoming harsh or absolute.
Names the emotion beneath the urge and finds forms of comfort that do not come at the cost of self-trust.
Rebuilds attention to hunger, energy, movement, fatigue, pleasure, and physical limits.
Reconnects daily choices with identity, values, and the life you actually want to inhabit.
The 12-week journey
Follow the program through the app. The pace is deliberate: enough structure to keep momentum, with enough room for real life.
Notice the voices, triggers, promises, fears, and body cues behind familiar loops. This phase replaces vague self-blame with language you can use.
Practice meeting difficult moments with a steadier inner conversation. You begin making choices that account for thought, emotion, physical reality, and the deeper reason you want change.
Turn insight into repeatable practices for meals, movement, setbacks, and self-review. The aim is not to avoid every wobble. It is to know how to return without abandoning yourself.
Inside your program
A good fit matters
Words from women already inside the work
“For over 30 years, emotional eating was a struggle. After several weeks with the program, my relationship with food feels more disciplined, mindful, and intentional. It has not felt like a strict diet.”
“I can hear Lub’s guidance when I am about to snack, and I pause. Often I choose water, move my body, and the craving passes.”
“The words feel motivational, not forced. That is rare for me. It helps me feel focused, and body toning feels achievable.”
These are individual experiences. Results and timelines vary.

A note from Lub
My love, this program is built on a simple philosophy: when we create change within, the outside begins to follow. Inner change can be difficult for many valid reasons. That is why I created this program: so that, this time, doing what you already know can begin to feel possible.
The work is gentle and subtle. As the barriers within begin to soften, you may find yourself making more supportive choices because they truly feel like your own. The beauty is that change can arrive so quietly that, one day, it simply feels like this is who you have always been. You already know much of what to do, consciously or deep within. This program helps you live it, until a new way of caring for yourself begins to feel like home.
With love,
Lub
Questions, answered clearly
No. The program focuses on emotional and behavioral patterns, self-trust, body awareness, and follow-through. It does not prescribe calories, meal plans, supplements, or exercise targets.
Cindy is a helpful introduction to the four inner voices, but you can still join the program waitlist now. The confirmed enrollment information will explain how the reading experience fits into the program.
The program is designed around returning, not perfect attendance. The app guides your practice, and you can revisit material when you need to. VIP members also have weekly group meetings for guidance and questions.
Both options are waitlist-only. We will share purchase availability for the Private Program and dates, meeting details and enrollment terms for VIP before you decide.
The final terms will be shown before enrollment, together with cohort dates and the differences between the Private Program and VIP Cohort. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation.
